There's no place like home!

Well we made it!!!!! With no help from any ruby slippers!
The drive seemed to last forever, luckily for me Logan did all the driving!
It took us about 20 hours! Those hours were full of;
singing off tune to the radio, reading, car sickness, listening to the amazing GPS direct us through the many states (you could call it the yellow brick road of the 21st century), and admiring the flat flat country side that we now live smack dab in the middle of!

The Truck did great pulling the tiny trailer, that I was shocked we were able to fit all
of our belongings in, kinda pathetic if you ask me!
We pulled in to our driveway around 1:30 am, and ended up sleeping in the truck
until our landlord brought over the keys at 6 am!
We definitely have learned a few things and hope don't we have to move anytime soon!

I was so lucky to get to
"meet" a girl I had been talking to for almost two years now
who helped get me through Logan's deployment!
Her husband was deployed the same time as Logan and we found each other
online and ended up talking almost every night
while our loved one was deployed!!!
It was the best I was so glad to finally see her in person!!!

In the end we made it safe and sound with all our belongings intact besides
a few scratches and laundry detergent all over our couch (I know why did I pack it)!
All we need now is Mya to make this house feel like our home!

The Honeymoon

The honeymoon was beautiful!
We went on a 5 day
cruise to
Jamaica and Grand Cayman!

In Jamaica we went tubing down a river called the
White River or Clear River
dependent on how you translate it!
of course I forget what the untranslated name is!
It was so fun Logan had a blast and kept getting ahead of the group and making our
guides mad haha!
It was so fun there were even little rapids we went through in our little inter tubes!
We got to eat some Jamaican apples that looked like
a cross between a chile and a pear
and tasted like and apple with a pear consistency!
We met the most amazing couple while tubing
Bob and Cindy
They were so nice and we ended up getting some authentic
Jamaican food with them after wards!

In Grand Cayman
we ended up taking it easy and went to a huge beach
and swam in the clearest water we had ever seen
it was breath taking
we only had to walk a few feet and we were swimming with tons of
tropical fish and could look in parts of the coral reef!
we walked there and back which was nice to see
all the little creatures and there way of life!
Logan got a great picture of the crab I almost stepped on!
and I had to get a picture of one of my favorite places
that happened to also be in
Grand Cayman!

The two days we spent on the ship we full of
Deck games, swimming, water slides, lots and lots of frozen yogurt
beautiful sunsets, musical shows, comedy shows, towel animals, and of course
attempting to get a tan and getting burt to a crisp!
Poor logan turned into a tomato
All and all It was a the perfect first week of being
Husband and Wife!
